Review – Is Legit or Scam? Review – Is Legit or Scam?

The review shows that this is a website that offers information for a fee. This site has been in service for quite a few years and has really picked up momentum in the last three or so years thanks to the housing crisis. It is an interesting site because it also offers webinars to people that are interested in buying foreclosed properties but may not know how to go about doing it.

Many of the services on are free. There are articles and e-books that are available to browse through which is a nice added bonus. While there are deals to be had here, a lot of people have found success finding foreclosures using a service like so you may want to check them out as well.

The Fees at

When I visit a site such as this there are a couple of things I want to know, of course the first thing is how much? How much is this site going to cost me? That to me is a huge deciding factor as to whether I am going to proceed with the site or not.

I had the worst possible time looking for the fee structure. I read “terms of service” and after the first fifteen paragraphs I decided that I could not bare to read it any more. The one thing I did find is that canceling your membership can not be done by email, by leaving a message or by fax. You HAVE to speak to a representative to cancel.

I found the fees after I clicked on the “free trial” button. Evidently the fee is $9.95 per week after your seven day free trial. That adds up to roughly $40.00 per month.

Is It Worth It?

Is a scam? No it's not but there are a few other things to consider. The next question I have to ask, is the fee worth it? I am not certain as to whether I would pay this money or not. I probably would not but I am not interested in buying foreclosed properties. If you are interested in learning about or finding foreclosed properties it may be well worth it.

Ultimately this site is legitimate and I was able to find some positive comments that seemingly were unbiased. I found it to be confusing because there was so much information to deal with and there was no FAQ page available to answer questions. I do not like the whole free trial and automatic pay afterward deal. I find that a lot of people have problems stopping the automatic payments and the Terms of Service really went into detail about acceptable ways to cancel and unacceptable ways to cancel that made me feel a bit cautious about using the site. I think if you want to cancel a subscription to a website you should just be able to shoot off an email and do that.

Overall, the review shows that this is a legit site and is not a scam, however most people prefer using a service like for finding deals on foreclosed property.
