Editor's Review
No sign-up fees or recurring subscription fees is a great advantage for
bargain-shoppers at Bid4assets.com. Watch out, though, since there is a buyer’s premium added to all winning
bids of 10% or $25, whichever is higher. It is quite a significant add-on for sensitive buyers and should be
kept in mind when submitting a bid. Nevertheless, Bid4assets.com seems to be a good resource, especially for
real estate investors and house flippers. Home to “$1 No reserve” real estate auctions, Bid4assets is mainly
focused on selling land and houses, mostly coming from foreclosures and tax defaults. There may also be some
great deals found on other assets, such as vehicles, equipment, jewelry, and household
goods.
We feel that Bid4Assets is a viable site and is not a scam. However, there are many
things it is lacking compared to Auction Resource.
